One person has been charged after an intimate partner violence investigation.
On March 9th, Wellington County OPP began their investigation at 4:30pm at an address in Palmerston after a person was disobeying conditions of a court order.
As a result a 40 year old of Listowel has been charged with Failure to Comply with a Release Order, Failure to Comply with a Probation Order and Breach of Recognizance.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
