Wellington County OPP have charged a 50 year old after a stop in Mapleton.
On March 7th at around 8pm, OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when they stopped a commercial motor vehicle on Wellington Road 7.
As a result a 50 year old of Chatham has been charged with Failure to Enter Defect in Daily Inspection Report and Improper Lights.
Further, a business has also been charged with Failure to Equip CMV with required ELD info packet and Failure to Ensure Performance Standards are Met.
