Volunteers with Wellington Terrace have been honoured with King Charles III Coronation Medals.
Margaret Young is among those being honoured who started volunteering in 2018 who started doing Occupational Therapy each week and in 2022 became a Travelling Tuck Cart volunteer, bringing treats and snacks to residents in two neighbourhoods weekly.
Julie Wheeler-Bryant also received a medal who has served as Wellington Terrace’s longest volunteer with 27 years of service.
Julie provides a therapy dogs service through the St Johns Therapy Dog programme.
