Huron-Perth Public Health is looking for a german shepherd style dog after an incident in Stratford.
Public health says the incident occurred on Wednesday from 3-4pm at the intersection of St David Street and Church Street near the railway tracks.
The woman walking the dog was wearing a red hat and on her phone.
The dog is a large sized breed all black in colour.
The health unit wants to confirm the dog is up to date on its rabies vaccination.
