Hensall Co-op is making some changes in a transition of animal nutrition.
Hensall Co-op in a release states they are ensuring they can meet the evolving needs of members and customers and are taking a future focused approach to consolidate their animal nutrition operations.
With this decision, its been made to exit the Ruminant Feed business and close the Ripley and Zurich locations.
By closing these businesses, the co-op says it will allow them to focus on poultry and swine out of Clinton and Londesborough.
The Clinton location is also getting a $3 million investment for a new roller mill to increase the quality and capacity of the mill.
