Some good news for the Huron-Perth Public Health who have not reported any cases of measles in the area.
Last month there was 81 confirmed cases of measles across the province though not one coming from the region.
Public health says measles is a highly contagious respiratory virus and poses significant health risks for young children, pregnant women and people with immune compromise.
Health officials continue to urge the public to get vaccinated as immunization remains as the best protection against the virus.
