Just because there is a postal strike does not mean you’re off the hook for paying your bills in Minto.
The municipality in a statement says with the postal strike, residents are still responsible for the payments of taxes as well as water and sewer and to make sure your accounts remain in good standing.
Minto has recommended for residents to sign up for e-billing to avoid disruptions in receiving invoices.
Online banking and pre-authorized payments will be unaffected over the Canada Post strike.
