After years of discussion, Centre Wellington council is going forward with a Termite Management Subsidy Program.
This approval now gives staff to work with the program and allow residents to apply for funding to deal with termites on their property in certain designated areas in town.
The multi year termite program will have a limit of $1.39 million with homeowners needing to meet a list of requirements to receive funding.
The township intends to provide regular updates including once the program is available for applications from their website and from CW Connect.
