Hanover Police have arrested a 31 year old after a series of porch thefts.
Police arrested the man of no fixed address on Sunday for the thefts in the 400-500 Block of 4th Street.
The suspect was also found to be possession of a stolen bicycle.
The accused faces a list of charges including four counts of Theft Under $5000 and five counts of Possession of Stolen Property.
Police Chief Christopher Knoll says its with the help of the CamSafe program, they were able to identify and locate the suspect.
