The Avondale United Church in Stratford is making an appeal for donations of food and other goods to support those in need.
The church says they are looking for donations for their food shelf program including items such as peanut butter, jam, instant coffee and cereal.
Donations made towards the shelf program will go towards those in the Stratford and area.
Donations will be accepted from 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday during office hours.
Donations can also be made on Sundays before or after church service.
