Perth-Wellington MPP Matthew Rae has announced funding to the tune of $1,393,350 to Sommers Generator Systems.
The funding is part of an investment of $9,289,000 to expand the facilities in Stratford and Rostock and start production of new hydrogen generators and move production of their natural gas generators from Wisconsin to Ontario.
The province is putting forward $170 million from the Regional Development Program’s Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Competitiveness stream to support manufactures to support distinct regional priorities.
