LaunchIt Minto is looking at a relocation from their current unit in Harriston over to the Old Post in town.
Currently LaunchIt is based out 1 Elora Street and opened in June 2014 and continues to grow and meet the needs of local and surrounding businesses.
The new location at the Old Post is marked to be smaller than their current space but is noted to be a significant cost savings move.
Director of Economic & Community Development Belinda Wick-Graham says the idea for the move came during an open house event earlier this year.
“The Old Post was one of those properties and that kind of sparked our interest. We do have a lot of use of LaunchIt space in terms of the boardroom, meeting rooms and co-working space but not so much the interior offices that don’t have windows.” said Graham.
As it stands, the current lease at their location will end February 28th 2025.
