With school starting back up again in a month, the Avon Maitland District School Board is looking for host families once again for international students.
The role of a homestay family is to provide a welcoming home and family environment for students who will be away from home for an extended period of time.
Host families also guide students in their studies while also encouraging after school activities.
Homes in Huron and Perth are welcome to apply to host international secondary students for either a short term stay of 3-4 months or for an entire school year.
