Waterloo Regional Police say an arrest has been made in connection to an abduction last night in Kitchener.
An AMBER Alert was issued Monday night for a 14 year old girl who was located safely in Simcoe County just an hour later.
As a result of investigation a 36 year old man from Waterloo was charged with Kidnapping while Using a Firearm and Break and Enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The victim and the accused were known to each other.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
