Another Stratford city council meeting was postponed again after banned citizens were seen in attendance.
Barb Shaughnessy appeared at the meeting and despite a request from Mayor Martin Ritsma to leave, she did not and council was then postponed after 40 minutes.
Both Barb and Mike Sullivan are banned from entering city owned buildings for 3 months after making alleged offensive statements from a February 26th meeting.
Councilor Bonnue Henderson says the incident is nothing more than disrespectful.
