Wellington County OPP have charged a third person in connection to the death of Jason Brown in 2019.
Police say they have arrested a 30 year old of Wellington North who faces charges of First Degree Murder, two counts of Assault with a Weapon, Kidnapping, Theft Over $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 and two counts of Obstructing Justice.
The accused has been held in custody and will appear in Guelph court in September.
Police still continue to investigate the death of Brown who on March 12th 2019 was found dead in the Oshawa area of Durham region.
Wellington County OPP put heavy media attention to the death of Brown in July 2023 asking the public to identify a few vehicles in question who were seen in the area where Brown was last seen in Harriston.
In November, police arrested two suspects in the death of Brown.
