Upgrades are coming to the PMD Arena parking lot in Drayton.
Council gave the green light for a new parking lot layout which would see a reduction in parking spaces to 131, down from the current 139.
Part of the improvement plans will address the arenas front entrance which has been listed as difficult for vehicles to maneuver.
This is backed up from an incident last year when a vehicle struck on the pillars which caused a temporary closure to the main entrance.
New lighting and drainage will also be part of the project which is expected to run a bill of nearly $356,000.
