The Challenge Accepted Foundation is rallying up support to raise funds for ALS Canada and the challenge is open for one man who’s playing pool for 30 straight hours.

Ty Cross will be setup starting May 4th at 10am at the Wroxeter Community Hall playing pool and raising funds until May 5th at 4pm in support of ALS.

Jesse Nethercott, President of the Challenge Accepted Foundation says those who come down can post up a challenge for Cross throughout the day.

“He’ll be taking 5 minute breaks in between games and people can sign up and play with him, especially on the Saturday we’ll be having a bit of a pub night.” said Nethercott.

On top of pool, there will be a licensed bar and food booth with live music and karaoke Saturday night with a silent auction and a 50/50.

All proceeds from the event will be supporting those afflicted with ALS to fund care and treatments.
