Wellington County OPP have charged a truck driver and a business for violations during a Commercial Motor Vehicle inspection.
Police did an inspection of a black pickup truck and trailer on Wellington Road 21 in Elora.
As a result a 40 year old driver from Dunnville and a business in Beamsville face numerous CMV charges including Draw Trailer No Plate, Failure to Surrender Completed Daily Inspection Report, Overweight Vehicle and Permit Person with Improper License to Driver a CMV.
A total of 13 offenses were identified.
