22 dogs are dead after a fire near Moorefield on Friday.
Fire crews were called to the blaze just after 9am on Concession 8 not far away from the firehall. Crews from Moorefield and Drayton responded with assistance from Palmerston.
Crews battled the blaze but it was too late to save the dogs but no injuries were reported.
The fire is not considered suspicious but is still under investigation.
