Perth County council has approved its budget which comes at a big chunk increase for the overall tax levy.
The budget approval sees a 12.31 per cent increase which equals out to the average home in Perth County for a tax portion being just over $90.
The total levy is estimated at $22.2 million which will include funding for various projects such as the courthouse campus renovation.
The county tax will be added to residents tax bills across the Perth County.
