Progress continues for the Fisher Clinic upgrade in Listowel.
During a Board of Director meeting an update of the progress was given with almost 100 per cent of design drawings approval for the expansion.
Currently, the board is waiting for site plan and permits from the municipality.
Contractor pre-qualifications have been returned and references are being checked with 11 general contractors responses, 9 mechanical responses and 7 electrical.
An RFP will be up for one month to quote. It’s expected there will be director on contractors by the end of February.
