A 58 year old Erin man is facing charges of sexual assault on a minor.
Wellington County OPP began their investigation last month after reports of sexual assaults which took place between May and September at a home in Wellington.
As a result the 58 year old was charged with sexual assault on a person under 16, indecent act, sexual interference as well as distributing cannabis to a person under 18.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
