Andrea Charest from It Takes a Village is once again gearing up next month for the 24 hour awareness campaign “This is Home.”
The campaign has Andrea stay outdoors in February for 24 hours raising homeless awareness and raise funds to support those in need.
Last year the campaign grew to encourage others to join in and camp outside for 24 hours at the Listowel Legion.
This year, encouraging others to join, the fundraising will be held at the Youth for Christ parking lot on February 10th starting at 8am. Last year over $10,000 was raised for It Takes a Village.
