Centre Wellington is now opening up its Community Improvement Plan and everyone is encouraged to apply for CIP grants.
The grants will apply for all from downtown within urban or rural areas of the township which was approved by council on November 27th.
CIP grants offer incentives for private property owners to reuse, rehabilitate and redevelop their property in ways which can boost the township.
Each program has a limit with its grants which range from $10,000-$15,000.
