It’s that time of year once again when businesses start doing their part in giving back to the community and those in need for the Christmas season and Listowel Pharamasave is no exception.
Pharamasave has kicked off their 7th annual toy drive for the Salvation Army which alone on the first day on November 13th saw a handful of donations already pour in.
Harminder Nijjar with Listowel Pharamasave explains the age range of what they take in for gifts for the kids.
“Mostly 0-12 years. There is a couple toys that come up for 12-16 those a bigger toys but most of our clientele that we are donating are going to be younger” said Nijjar.
Donations can be dropped off at Pharamasave during business hours until December 15th.
Pharamasave also send out $100 gift cards to families in need and if anybody knows of one in need being encouraged to reach out.
