Many gathered Friday morning in Palmerston to unveil the All Aboard Palmerstons Public Art Poppy Project.
In September a call was made for volunteers to help put together a poppy crochet which saw members in Minto, Listowel and Teeswater come together to put on the display to honour veterans for Remembrance Day.
Over 2000 poppies were crochet with over 80 volunteers with the Palmerston Lions helping with the installation.
