The Minto Safe Communities Committee is helping keep residents informed and being more aware of scams targeting locals.
A fraud prevention seminar is being held next month at the Harriston Community Centre and is free to attend.
The seminar is being done in conjunction with Wellington County OPP and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
The session is being held on October 23rd at 1:30pm.
