A 40 year old of Guelph has succumbed to their injuries following a crash near Palmerston last week.
Police responded to the collision on September 7th at around 6:15am on Wellington Road 123.
Reports indicated a red mini van had hit a tree with the driver suffering serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
A police update earlier this morning says the driver from Guelph has succumbed to their injuries with investigation still ongoing.
