Stratford Police are looking for a stolen painting taken from a residence on Eagle Drive.
On August 28th police responded to the theft which had occurred on August 25th sometime late at night.
The painting is a field of poppies in the foreground with mountains in the back.
The painting is around 2 feet by 3 feet in size with a gold frame.
It’s believed the painting was thrown away along Delamere Avenue after it was stolen and likely picked up by an unknown person between August 26th-27th.
Police are looking to return the painting to its rightful owner with anyone with information asked to contact police at 519-271-4147 ext. 8122
