With the help of the community, the Listowel Salvation Army alongside Giant Tiger was able to support over 160 local students with backpacks to start the school year.
School supplies were being accepted to donate at Giant Tiger in town as part of the Salvation Army’s “Back Pack” program.
The Salvation Army’s Community and Family Services department offered assistance for families with a back pack and school supplies with distribution which took place on August 25th.
