Tree power has back in Perth South. The municipality has partnered up with the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority to have native hardwood trees available for residents.
The program started in 2021 and has been well received by the public with trees being available for order on September 5th.
Pick up is planned at the township office in Perth South on September 30th.
The goal for the project is to help create a more greener and beautiful community by adding in native trees says the conservation authority.
Since 2021, Perth South residents have added 600 native species of trees in the community.
