A 50 year will appear in court in Stratford after an intimate partner violence investigation.
Perth County OPP responded to a disturbance on August 13th just after 10pm in North Perth.
It was determined the accused had assaulted the victim and damaged their cell phone.
Both the accused and victim suffered minor injuries.
As a result a 50 year old has been charged with spousal assault and domestic mischief.
The accused was released from custody and given a future court date.
