It was a busy month for home sales in July.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says 167 homes were sold last month, a slight increase from the same time last year.
Home sales were down however in a five year average over the first seven months of the year down 9.4 per cent.
The benchmark price of a home across the region was $582,600 with the average price of a home sold last month at $628,871.
There was 282 new residential listings last month.
