If you want to pilot a modified pulling tractor for the Drayton Fair’s Truck and Tractor Pull next Friday, you’ve got your chance to do so while also supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Neil Driscoll is offering up his modified pulling tractor to borrow for the pull next week with a bidding war to get behind the wheel.

Driscoll says the idea all came from another local families bbq to support McDonald House Charities when the family jokily said Neil should offer up his tractor for an event which he thought was a great idea for one pull and so the bidding opened up.

The winner will get the take part in the pull with “The Hawaiian Vacation” with Driscoll adding they have one of the best pulling tracks in the province being built over 20 years ago with the fair offering a great community event to bring people together and keep it all about agriculture.

Bidding is being accepted on Neil’s Facebook page.

Everyone is also welcome to donate but not take part in the tractor pull.

The Drayton Fair kicks off August 11th-13th
