One person has been charged after a witness observed someone attempting to steal an ATV from a business.
On July 5th at around 6:48pm, OPP responded to an attempted theft from a business on Main Street West in North Perth.
The accused was located next to the ATV and as a result, the 20 year old from North Perth has been charged with Theft Over $5000 of a Motor Vehicle, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon and Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
