Heading into the long weekend, Perth County OPP will continue to be out as part of their safety campaign.
OPP across the province have doing their annual Canada Day campaign since June 24th and will wrap up July 3rd with officers focusing on vehicle occupant safety, off roaders and motorcyclists.
Police will be looking to make sure everyone is utilizing helmets, life jackets and seat belts.
The campaign will also focus on safe driving behaviors ensuring drivers avoid aggressive, distracted and impaired driving.
Perth County OPP will be out in increased presence to ensure everyone in the vehicle is buckled up.
