Home prices across Huron-Perth are back to over $650,000
Housing sales across Huron Perth saw a rise last month when comparing numbers from the same time last year.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says last month saw 239 homes sold, a jump of 12.7 per cent from May 2022.
On a year to date basis, sales of homes are at 736, a drop of 16.6 per cent from last year.
The prices of homes however are on a slight increase from a month prior.
The average price of a home in May 2023 sold was $659,062.
This is a slight increase of $646,375 in April this year.
There were 385 new listings last month.
