On April 23rd, Huron County OPP were contacted after a report of a domestic dispute.
OPP were able to attend to the scene and as a result of investigation learned the involved suspect had committed several offences over the course of a number of years.
A 66 year old from Howick has been charged with four counts of Spousal Assault and two counts of Sexual Assault.
The accused was held for a bailing hearing, later released and given a May 29th court date in Goderich.
