It’s still many months away but before full planning for Listowel’s Terry Fox Run can get going, officials first need to tackle council approval which is docked in tonight’s council meeting.
Angela Stratton, Chairperson for North Perth’s Terry Fox Run has penned a letter requesting permission to hold the annual run on September 17th.
Last year saw a great turnout and success which took on a different route from years past.
Angela is requesting the same route starting at the Kin Station, traveling south towards Atwood, crossing over Elizabeth and Riverview Drive.
All road crossings will be marked on both the trail and street sides while also having volunteers stationed at each crossing.
