Homes sold across the region continue to drop when compared to numbers from last year.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says 145 units were sold last month, a drop of 30.6 per cent in March 2022.
On a year to date basis over the first three months of the year home sales totaled 328 units, another drop of 27.1 per cent.
The benchmark price of a single family home was marked at $536,400 with the average price sold at $582,533, this is down 23 per cent from last year.
The number of new listings also fell 15.9 per cent from March 2022 with 222 new listings last month.
