The Upper Grand District School Board has approved a draft calendar for the 2023-24 school year for both elementary and secondary schools.
The drafts will be sent off to the Ministry of Education and get final approval. Both calendars will have 194 days of education with 7 PA days.
The calendars meet the minimum requirements under set by the province.
The current proposal is for school to begin September 5th and conclude June 26th for secondary students and June 27 for elementary.
More updates will be provided once the ministry gives approval.
