All sights across town are focused on the Listowel Kinsmen who are full swing for Paddyfest once again.
Various early kick off events have already taken place including the annual Pot O’ Gold lottery tickets which once again sold out offering various draws and prizes to win.
Given the title as the largest St Patrick’s Day Festival in North America, Paddyfest helps raise funds going back towards local sports, nonprofits and community betterment.
Matt Hutchinson with the Listowel Kinsmen says just one of the many places the proceeds will go back to.
“This year’s main beneficiary is the Westfield Playground Improvement Project. We’ll be doing some funding there” said Hutchinson.
Paddyfest all gets going from March 10th-18th.
