Wellington County OPP have charged a 28-year-old Elmira man after police on Patrol along Metcalfe Street in Elora observed a vehicle with a possible stolen plate attached.
Officers made the stop on Saturday around 11:30 am and as a result have charged the male with operation while impaired, failure to comply with a demand, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and operating a vehicle without insurance.
The accused is set to appear in a Guelph court on April 14th.
