Stratford council has voted to have an action plan in the ctiy’s 2023 budget for the development of the Grand Trunk Community Hub.
During a recent budget meeting, Joan Thomson brought a report of the proposed action plan which includes various steps with hopeful partners including the YMCA, peopleCare and the University of Waterloo.
peopleCare, a long term care operators has hopes in building a new 160 bed home on the property site along Vivian Line 37.
Staff were given the go ahead to start advertising for the recruitment of new members for a committee to get members of the public involved.
