The Township of Wellington North Council received a staff report at its meeting that outlined building permit issuing for the period ending November 30th.
In that time the Township saw 30 permits issued for single family dwellings, 3 multi family dwellings, 2 additions and renovations and 1 garage/shed addition.
Commercial they saw 2 permits issued, 1 for industrial, agricultural and sewage system.
In total for the year they issued 402 permits with an estimated construction value of $110 million dollars.
The average per month for Wellington North was $9.4 million in construction value.
