A Wingham restaurant which has stood against public health orders during when proof of vaccination was required to enter establishments has had their day in court.
Buck and Jo’s has stood their ground against COVID-19 vaccine mandates, comparing the vaccine requirements to segregation.
The owners have shared videos to their website of their confrontations with Huron-Perth Public Health.
Stephen Hill says they would have been willing to cooperate if the health unit would provide the manpower.
A verdict is expected on January 31st.
