The Grey Bruce Farmers Week shared word of a presentation set for January 5th.
Dr. Kelly Barrett, Veterinarian and Director of Animal Welfare at Saputo will be speaking on the topic of “Dairy Cattle Well Being in Canada: a 360 Degree Approach”.
It will share her thoughts on Canada’s National Code of Practice for the Care and Handling of Dairy Cattle.
The event will be both in-person at the Elmwood Community Centre and also live streamed for those that want to attend virtually.
