Home sales have been on the decline across the region seen last month.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says home sales totaled 122 units, down by 26.5 per cent from November 2021.
The benchmark price of a home was set at $540,700 a small decrease of 4.2 per cent on a year over year basis for November.
The average price of a home also fell at $577,777 down 6.4 per cent a year ago.
The sale price is down slightly from October which was $581,497.
The number of new listings was up 9.7 per cent with 193 new residential listings last month.
