North Perth council will be sitting again soon, though not much change will be seen in the chambers, especially in the large roles of Mayor and Deputy.
Both Todd Kasenberg and Doug Kellum kept their roles heading into the another term of council which will return November 7th.
Kasenberg says there are many things to continue to address such as housing as his number one.
Kasenberg says provincial support such as the recent legislation on housing will need to be looked at and address to positives and negatives it brings.
Deputy Mayor Doug Kellum says while many things still need to be looked at in North Perth, healthcare is a large one to be tackled.
Council will see two new faces also join the chambers as Terry Seiler and Julie Behrns did not seek re-election, the roles now filled by Marc Noordam and Sarah Blazek.
Kellum says both Blazek and Noordam will be very welcomed into the chamber and offers up some advice for their term.
Kasenberg says the years of work seen from both Seiler and Behrns has truly been remarkable.
